Conditions of use
By using this website, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to comply with its terms. If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to stop using the website accordingly. Renaissance Fabrics only grants use and access of this website, its products, and its services to those who have accepted its terms.

Shipping policy
We are based in the United States and our shipping and handling rates are calculated based on the items in your order and the approximate cost to ship them to your location. By placing your order, you agree to pay the shipping amount listed. There are no refunds for shipping discrepancies. If the actual shipping cost exceeds the amount paid, we are not obligated to lose money on the shipping fees. As such, we may request these additional costs from you to complete your order. If you choose not to pay these costs, we will cancel your order and refund your money back to you.

If you need a specific shipping service, let us know and we will try to accommodate it. However, if their charge is higher than our normal shipping fee, you will need to pay the difference.

Your country may charge import or customs fees when your package arrives. We are NOT responsible for these fees.  We also follow the law and accurately report the value of your package on the customs form.

Returns & exchanges
If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we will gladly allow you to return your item(s).  However, the item(s) must be clean, unaltered, and odor-free to receive credit and shipping is non-refundable. The return must be received within 60 days of the original purchase date for a cash refund.  After that time, only store credit will be issued.
