Shipping Information

We are based in the United States and we ship using USPS Priority Mail domestically. We use boxes and envelopes to ship our orders.

Orders will typically be processed and in the mail within 3-4 business days.  Overnight shipping upon request. Please contact us to make arrangements.

Our shipping and handling rates are calculated based on the items in your order and the approximate cost to ship them to your location.

 Shipping and handling costs are always non-refundable unless we have made an error with your order.

Customers outside of the United States and it’s territories:

We offer shipping to most countries in the world, including Canada, Europe, Russia, Australia, South America, and more.  If your country/region does not calculate shipping on checkout, please contact us and we can make arrangements.

Processing and shipping time for countries outside the US is about 2-3 weeks from your order date and there is a small handling/processing fee included since these packages require customs forms to be filled out by our staff.

We mostly use United Parcel Service (UPS) for shipping internationally.  If you need a specific service, let us know and we will try to accommodate it.  However, if their charge is higher than our standard charge, you will need to pay the difference.

Unlike other countries, our government does not subsidize our postal service, so costs may be larger than what you are used to seeing.

PLEASE NOTE: Your country may charge import or customs fees when your package arrives. We are NOT responsible for these fees. 

Also, If you do not collect your package (either intentionally or unintentionally), it is not guaranteed to be returned to us. If it is returned at no additional cost to us, we may issue a refund for the contents. Shipping is always non-refundable. However, if the package is not returned to us, we will not provide a refund due to loss of product and shipping cost.

We also follow the law and accurately report the value of your package on the customs form.
